For the past 5 years, French Traditional Salaison, Ltd brings traditional French sausages, salamis and hams to the continental markets organised all over UK.

Every week-end, from France directly to your marketplace, you will find sausages, salamis and hams.

Through this regular contact with our customers, we have learned to know your taste better in order to bring you your favourite products.

How to keep our sausages and hams

Salami and sausages

Our sausages and hams are ready to eat, you don't need to cook them. Just slice them and enjoy them as appetizers or snacks.

All our products are made in a traditional way. They can be kept for 2 to 4 months, in proper conditions. All our sausages and hams are dried meat, therefore moisture should be avoided.

Keep them in a cool and dry place. If no other place than the fridge, then wrap them up in a piece of cloth to protect them from moisture.

Once opened, put some olive oil on the side to protect it from drying too fast.
